If you want to change any data in the registration form, do not submit a second registration. Instead, please let us know at: acm2026@ppnt.poznan.pl. We will correct your registration, and you will receive a new registration confirmation.
Payments
The transfer details can be found in the registration confirmation.
If you have chosen electronic payment, you will also find a secure link in the registration confirmation.
Please note that all fees associated with the transfer of the conference fee must be covered by the participant.
Please pay attention to the account number for deposits. EUR and PLN currencies have different account numbers. Payment to the wrong account may result in a loss due to currency conversion. You will receive the correct account number in the registration confirmation email sent to the address provided in the registration form (applies to the bank transfer method).

Invoices
We issue pro forma invoices upon the participant’s request. If you need a pro forma invoice to pay the conference fee, please write to us at: acm2026@ppnt.poznan.pl.
Final invoices (for paid participants) are sent within 3 business days to the email address provided during registration. In the case of payment via PayU, this period may be extended to up to 14 days. Thank you for your patience.
